Ajay is an alumnus of Punjab Engineering College,
Chandigarh (BE, 1984) and XLRI, Jamshedpur (PGDM, 1987).
With over 23 years of experience in industry, he has been a
software developer, trainer, corporate planner in his
erstwhile roles. He was also responsible for implementing
MBO in NIIT during mid nineties. He has extensive experience
in managing education network of NIIT’s franchised centres,
both International and within India. During 2007-09, he was
head of Corporate Development in NIIT Limited and was
responsible for long term planning, budgeting, business
reviews and supporting top management in corporate
matters. In his previous role he was involved in setting up
a new training vertical for NIIT in the area of “English and
Professional life skills” and was a Senior Vice President.
Ajay has travelled extensively to many countries in Africa,
Asia and Middle-East. Ajay has extensive experience in
facilitating teams and individuals. He is a certified CCQMS
(Crosby’s complete Quality Management System) trainer. Now
he focuses on Leadershp Development, Coaching, Team
facilitation and organisational transformation
