 Aubrey
comes from an education background and was dealing with
young adults and teachers for twenty years before he joined
Training Alternatives. He is a trained psychologist, NLP
expert and a naturalist. Depth psychology, group work,
counselling large group facilitations tools, and
personality type theories are his specialty areas. His
energetic and active facilitation style creates an informal
yet high impact-learning atmosphere.
The last four years with ODA
he has lead interventions on Team Effectives, Culture
building, Vision, Mission and Values, Coaching and
Counselling. Aubrey likes to engage in interventions
where his deep understanding of psychology and group
dynamics can be utilised to build common ground and a
positive culture.

with are Amex, Bharti Enterprise Service, Hutch, Airtel,
Metlife, Coke, VST, General Motors, Hewitt, Deutsche bank,
and A.C.C., Konkola copper mines (Zambia), Saint Gobain,
Baxter, Microsoft and US Aid.
Aubrey’s passions include bird
watching and he is one of the most enthusiastic
lepidopterists you would come across. This calm nature lover
has a collection of butterflies which spans continents, and
his knowledge about the same can put Wikipedia to shame.
