Jagat Rathore has worked extensively in the area of

Institutions, IT, FMCG, BPO, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Skilled in various behavioral change tools, Jagat is an
expert in leading System-Behaviour Change and Mindset Change
practices, using techniques drawn from a combination of
sources including large group intervention (LGI) tools like
Appreciative Inquiry & Future Search, NLP and psychometrics.
In addition to being a certified Master Practitioner of NLP,
Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy, Jagat is also certified
on various psychometric tools like the MBTI, FIRO-B, PAPI,
CIPQ and Enneagram. He also draws upon his experience with
Improvisational Theater based techniques and Drama Therapy
methodology for corporate and individual interventions.
As a speaker, he regularly delivers motivational talks

Jagat is a bit of an adrenalin junkie who loves scuba diving
and is equally passionate about trekking, whitewater rafting
