Former wilderness guide, small
business owner, hospitality manager, sales and marketing
exec Lynnea Brinkerhoff, is currently Vice President at
Flath& Associates. She serves as trusted advisor and coach
to those in personal and organizational transition. Lynnea
uses long and short-term interventions to enhance
organizational effectiveness; develop strategic goals,
clarify individual roles and improve interdepartmental
relationships. She has a unique personal touch and employs a
range of stress and energy management tools as a means of
building autonomy, emotional maturity and alignment among
varied stakeholders in business, non-profit and social
venture projects.
Lynnea has written several
relevant articles and recently authored a chapter on The
Role of Individual Development within an Organizational
Context in a seminal OD text. She is adjunct professor at
the University of New Haven and visiting faculty at St.
Claret's College, Bangalore, India. Lynnea was ordained as
an Interfaith Minister at the One Spirit Learning Alliance
in New York City, a founder of The Five Questions
International Coaching Network, has a BA in International
Business/French from Simmons College, Boston and an MS in
Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is
currently a PhD candidate in Regenerative Sciences and
Eco-psychology at the University of Lancaster, Cumbria,
England. Her focus is on creating sustainable ecosystems
that support a healthy relationship between nature and
culture in a way that nurtures individual well-being and
long term health.
