You are invited
for the ICF –Coach Training Program for Existing Coach’s
that is organized by OD Alternatives Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
(New Delhi, India) and Coach for Life (CFL, USA). This is an
excellent opportunity to gain the remaining 24 hours of
Coach Training for those having 36 hours of Coach Training
already and becoming eligible for obtaining a minimum
certification of ACC from the ICF. The program holds the
high level of focus and support needed for the Coach to gain
the competence and confidence to start their coaching
practice or apply the coaching skills in their existing
career.
You will gain an opportunity to learn from the best coach
and facilitator i.e. Peter J. Reding, MCC,MCLC
(Master Certified Life Coach).
Who should enroll:

Coaches who have a minimum certification of Coach Training
(36 hours) and who wish to continue their training.

Internal and external coaches who are looking for continuing
training of 60 hours to apply for ACC (Associate Certified
Coach)
THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS
Part 1 :
In-Person: 2-day Comprehensive Coaching
Course (Covers 18 hours coach specific training)
During the two-day, In-person
Comprehensive Coaching Course, you are absorbed in the
unique and honoring Inspired Learning Environment™ where you
receive coach training. You are engaged in understanding the
core coaching skills, structures, coaching forms, philosophy
and firsthand experience, as well as start the conversation
of filling your coaching practice, all at one time.
Part 2
:
TeleCourse Integration: 4 week ‘Coaching for Leadership
Development in Organization
(Covers 6 hours of coach
specific training)
The same
group of participants from Part 1 continue into the next
4-week of Coach training. Guidance will also be provided to
personalize your coaching practice and create your unique
philosophy of coaching during the weekly 2 hour group
sessions. Throughout this segment of the course you are
provided with a peer-coach and a peer-client.
The program ensures 60 hours out of the 133
coaching hours to apply for ACC i.e. Associate Certified Coach.

PROFILE OF
PROGRAM FACILITATORS
Peter J. Reding, MCC, MCLC
(Master
Certified Life Coach) & Facilitator
Peter’s 30 years of professional background has been in
entrepreneurial international businesses and in high growth
technology companies. Peter has extensive experience in
supporting entrepreneurs in starting and growing their
businesses. Peter has trained, mentored and coached managers
in over twenty countries. His sensitivity and nonjudgmental
attitude towards other cultures and value systems have
prepared him to hold what he now calls ‘A Sacred Space’ for
his private coaching clients and students in Coach For
Life’s seminars and certification programs. Peter is
cofounder of Coach For Life, a facilitator, a seminar and
program developer and co-author of the: COMPREHENSIVE
COACHING COURSE MANUAL used in THE LIFE COACH PROGRAM. Peter
is also the founder of Positively Brilliant Productions and
The Foundation of Inspired Learning. His book Positively
Brilliant SELF-mastery was published in 2009.
