Time Leaders!
ODA is coming out with a leadership manual to be
published by Tata Mcgraw-Hill. This book is planned in
three sections i.e. ‘Lead Self’, ‘Lead Others’ and
‘Lead Business / Organizations’, and is intended as a
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) manual for First-time Leaders. We
are conducting a special research survey for this
Leadership Manual.

Economic Times and ODA is doing a research on the
personality type and leadership styles of 10 young
politicians and other prominent leaders using a
personality type tool called Enneagram, one to one
interviews and peer feedback. For
the
first time a psychological profiling tool is used to
analysis the personality type of our future leaders.
Last week Santhosh Babu, MD, OD Alternatives had the
priviledge of conducting two workshops at the Wildlife
Trust of
India.
The workshops were aimed at the Leadership team of WTI,
an enthusiastic bunch of about 25.
After 10 years of facilitating Leadership workshops
across the globe, OD Alternatives has come up with a new
Integrated
Leadership Model.
OD Alternatives has developed a new Training Module
called The Complete Manager®, catering to a void in the
industry for independent training consultants,
facilitators and trainers to further extend their skills
in the field of OD.
OD Alternatives was hired by the Nilambhur Panchayath to
facilitate a workshop to help in the eradication of
Dowry in
the
state of Kerala.
