Prof S Ramnarayan and DrTV Rao, have both built on the
foundation of their extensive research and work with
organizations over several decades and have come out
with a book titled Organizational Development:
Accelerating Learning and Transformation published by
Sage Publications.
As part of the Cases discussed in the book, Santhosh
Babu, Managing Director, OD Alternatives Consultancy,
has written a chapter titled “Reflections on Whole
System Change” highlighting the ODA Change and
Transformation model.
