We
have partnered with large number of organisations in the
past in learning and development area. These organisations
include large public and Private sector organisations and
Multinationals. At one end of the spectrum we have done
Large System facilitation workshops using tools like
Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space and Future Search and
executive coaching at the other end. We have done
Intense Team conflict resolution workshops using
profiling tools like MBTI, Enneagram and Firo B and
purely team bonding and integration outbound workshops.
Over the years we experimented
with many tools and used them wisely to meet a client
requirement. Some of the tools that we have used are
NLP, Hypnosis, Theatre, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),
Story telling and Firewalk. The core focus of most
of our interventions in the past have been
organisational Change and Transformation. We have
extensive experience in aligning the whole organisation to
challenging future goals. While supporting transformations
initiatives in the past we have identified critical factors
that have had the largest impact and influence on the
transformation process, and have developed deeper into
