Over the
years we learned that it is important to touch every
corner of the organization and create energy and
enthusiasm in everyone to create an escape velocity and a
positive climate. We designed and created this
Organization development intervention while supporting
the Transformation Initiative of a large Aluminum
manufacturing company. It is an intensive program designed
for aligning the whole system, beliefs, assumptions and
values to a common purpose. We have done these Change
management workshops with Senior, middle management,
uneducated smelter workers and thousands of blue collar
employees in an African Mine.
We have designed and implemented this Organisational intervention as a
two day OD intervention for groups focusing on Attitudinal
change and we also have designed this Organization
development intervention or OD Workshop as a
Large Group Intervention using Appreciative Inquiry. We
know that creating energy and changing behavior are key
for any CEO to effectively manage change and innovation.
The system can sabotage the change initiatives in ways
that many a times are difficult to see and feel. This
program creates paradigm shifts in the minds of people,
establishing the connection between thoughts and the
results that we get. It’s an empowering program designed
to help people understand that they can choose how they
perceive and respond to situations, people and events. A
Positive attitude is the key to establishing personal
responsibility and accountability in the midst of change
and challenging situations. This dynamic and insightful
OD workshop builds and
enhances employee's commitment to the
organization and encourages positive action versus passive
resistance.
