She firmly believes in a whole system model of
organization transformation and supports clients with
competency frameworks, balance score card,
performance and talent management systems- the hard part
of managing transformations; and operates with ease in
structured and ambiguous environments.
She has travelled extensively to various countries USA, UK,
Europe, Bangkok, Thailand, Egypt.
A fitness freak, she is passionate about cycling and running
marathons.
