book on coaching published by Wiley. Santhosh works with
organizations and leaders to shift limiting beliefs and
bring about lasting positive change and he has been
identified as a CEO Coach and work with Leadership teams of
Airtel, Max group, MSD, Novartis, Vodafone, GSK, NIIT, to
name a few. He is also a visiting faculty at ISB, Hyderabad.

Transformation, Leadership Development for Senior
Management&High Potentials and Team Building at Senior
Leadership level.

Santhosh worked as a primary school teacher in Bhutan,
Trained Dogs, worked with WWF, travelled around the world as
