Swathi comes with a background
in Human Resources. She started her career in an HR
Generalist role with an international bank in Dubai, and
subsequently with TERI in India. Since last 3 years, she is
engaged with OD Alternatives as a consultant and actively
supports the organization in domains like Research and
Development, Coaching, Diagnostic studies. She also supports
the team in the entire life cycle of various OD
interventions.
Swathi is a certified Coach
from the ICF accredited school - ‘Coach for Life’ (US). She
is trained under master coach Peter Reding, who has inspired
her to consummately bring out the best of an individual
through a structured yet realistic coaching model.
As a coach, she helps
individuals overcome their limitations and enhances their
self awarenessto elicit the positive in them. She has in the
past helped individuals to identify and choose a direction
in their career and set priorities for themselves. She has
also helped working women prioritize and strike balance
between their professional demands and personal choices.

Swathi’s biggest asset as a coach, is to maintain rapport
and flexibility without ever losing sight of the outcome and
hard work needed to get there. In her coaching
relationships, she adopts a bespoke approach, where she
facilitates clients in recognizing and acknowledging their
inner values, beliefs and natural gifts. She helps them make
the right choices and empowers them to own up for their own
solutions.
A committed, lively and
empathetic person by nature, her strength lies in focusing
on the person as a whole, assessing and evolving every
aspect of their psyche and performance, so they can move
forward with confidence and achieve their goals, yet keeping
with their own values and those of their organization.

Swathi has been engaged with a number of clients in content
development, co-facilitation and diagnostic studies (like
