Swathi Dhilip comes with a background in Human Resource, and is pursuing
her career after a short break from motherhood. An
enthusiastic and lively person by nature, Swathi has a flair
for interacting with people and be in the stage but she is
equally comfortable in the role of an analyst and a
researcher. She supports the consultants with content
research analysis and assists on content research for our
quarterly. Swathi also engages with the clients for the pre
work and data collection. Prior to ODA, she worked with
Mashreq Bank, Dubai and TERI (Tata Energy Research Institute)
in an HR Generalist role. This trained Karnatik Singer loves
to read and create conceptual frameworks.
As a person, Swathi is creative, has a passion for art and
dislikes monotony. Family oriented, she has as much energy
in the workplace as she does when playing with her two year
old daughter, Hamsini. She allows her intuition to lead the
path and for her “Instinct is the nose of the mind.” In her
free time, Swathi enjoys sitting in meditation. She believes
a calm and silent mind manifests happiness. It’s the inner
peace that creates the outer peace.
Swathi is a dreamer, but likes to keep her dreams “open”.
Among her many aspirations, one that she is most zealous
about is to start a foundation for children who lack basic
