OD Alternatives is empowering
trainers, facilitators and consultants in all parts of
the country to deliver The Complete ManagerŪ training
program. The delivery of this module will be through
facilitators whom OD alternatives will train. The
Complete ManagerŪ is a twelve modular yearly program,
and one program per month is delivered. OD
Alternatives is planning to have twenty such
associates who would be certified to deliver this
module in various parts of the country.
The need for The Complete ManagerŪ program arose while
doing an inquest of the industry and bearing in mind
various training needs that were required in a company
in order to have robust managerial practices.
While doing this assessment, we realized that training
needs in a company vary from individual needs to team
needs and extend to larger requirements which need to
be addressed at an organizational level. However
training requirements are diverse for different
companies and also can be different within the same
company. Thus far companies have been ensuring the
most urgent need is met in terms of training and
consequentially the less urgent are getting neglected
(though these too like wounds, if left unattended, can
fester into huge menaces).
In order to meet this void we have developed The
Complete ManagerŪ training program which allows
organizations to choose from a list of 12 different
programs which meet individual, team and
organizational training needs; and accordingly slot in
their managers and leaders into the desired program
depending on their need; all the while ensuring that
it is extremely financially viable even for smaller
companies which do not have the financial bandwidth to
bring in external trainers to meet all their
leadership training needs.
The Complete ManagerŪ has the following 12 programs:
