Training Alternatives started as a
high end training boutique company in 1998 with
Santhosh, a pet Snake and Naresh, our cook cum office
administrator. Over the years, Training Alternatives
worked with big and small names alike and has created
a name for itself in the training industry, through
its dedication, hard work and ingenuinity. What we had
to offer was not run of the mill, it was unique. That
is our USP, and our clients appreciate us because we
ensure that our training workshops have always been
distinctive.
After working for over 10 years in the business of
developing people mainly through training, we have
forayed into the business of consultancy. Through
consulting, our endeavour is to work with
organizations to improve people management, leadership
challenges, team dynamics and involvement, creativity
and innovation, both by identifying the need through
our diagnostic tools, which have been developed in
house, addressing CEO concerns and workshops.
To start the process, we are moving from being known
as Training Alternatives, and will be henceforth known
as OD Alternatives. Our focus is now transformation
centric.
