Last week Santhosh Babu, MD, OD
Alternatives had the priviledge of conducting two
workshops at the Wildlife Trust of India. The
workshops were aimed at the Leadership team of WTI, an
enthusiastic bunch of about 25.
Day one of the workshop was dedicated to creating a
Vision for 2020, for Wildlife Trust of India, using
Appreciative Inquiry. The Leadership Team was taken
through the various stages of Discover, Dream, Design
and Deliver. The first stage of AI started - the
“Discover” Stage which led to all the participants
sharing their most emotionally touching experiences.
Day two of the workshop was dedicated to Leadership- 5
competencies of Leadership.
The workshops went off very well and everyone left
with a feeling of satisfaction, facilitators included.
