  • We Diagnose, Design and Implement people interventions that create, support and sustain change and transformation in organizations and communities using behavioral skills knowledge.

  • Continuous Learning ( The joke in the office is “either Learn or Teach” )
  • Innovation ( Most of our clients call up to ask, “What’s new?” . We consistently try on innovating new concepts and methodologies. Remember! We started making people walk on Fire. Started Social Network Analysis for mapping trusted networks in an organization ……. Hypnotize people to demonstrate the Power of Mind )
  • Bias for Action ( We love the formula in physics for “WORK”. It is Force X Displacement, and if there is no displacement, no work is done. All of us value action that gets things done. Period! )
  • Honesty ( Its being straight forward, sometimes even being percieved as rude. But still we love being straight forward)
