THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS

 

In-Person: 4-day Comprehensive Coaching Course
( Covers 40 hours coach specific training )

During the four-day, in-person Comprehensive Coaching Course, you are totally immersed in this unique and honoring Inspired Learning Environment™ where you receive a complete week of coach training. You receive all the core coaching skills, structures, coaching forms, philosophy and firsthand experience, as well as start the conversation of filling your coaching practice, all at one time.

 

TeleCourse Integration: 10-week Coaching for Leadership Development in Organization
( Covers 20 hours of coach specific training )

The same group of participants from Part 1 continue into the next 10-week of Coach training. Guidance will also be provided to personalize your coaching practice and create your unique philosophy of coaching during the weekly 2 hour group sessions. Throughout this segment of the course you are provided with a peer-coach and a peer-client.

Peter J. Reding, MCC, MCLC
(Master Certified Life Coach) & Facilitator
Peter’s 30 years of professional background has been in entrepreneurial international businesses and in high growth technology companies. Peter has extensive experience in supporting entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses. Peter has trained, mentored and coached managers in over twenty countries. His sensitivity and nonjudgmental attitude towards other cultures and value systems have prepared him to hold what he now calls ‘A Sacred Space’ for his private coaching clients and students in Coach For Life’s seminars and certification programs. Peter is cofounder of Coach For Life, a facilitator, a seminar and program developer and co-author of the: COMPREHENSIVE COACHING COURSE MANUAL used in THE LIFE COACH PROGRAM. Peter is also the founder of Positively Brilliant Productions and The Foundation of Inspired Learning. His book Positively Brilliant SELF-mastery was published in 2009.

 

Aubrey Nazareth
Aubrey is a Certified Life Coach and has been engaging in transformative work for individuals as well as organizations long before he joined OD Alternatives Consultancy. With a Masters degree in Integral Counsellling Psychology under the dictum of IFCU Paris and deep interest in depth psychology, personality theories and group work Aubrey uses an integrative model of coaching with his clients. He partners with them to identify what is really important to them and help them at every level in becoming who they want to be by unlocking their potential.

Aubrey is presently, an associate partner in OD Alternatives and he engages in executive and life coaching, large group facilitation, training & consulting. He has been involved in organisation change with focus on leadership and personal behaviour change. He has coached in different organisations, across sectors and organisational levels. He has wide experience in designing a delivering a variety of workshops and team development activities, action learning and individual leadership coaching.

Accelerated Learning Environment
A positive learning environment supports experimental real life coaching exercises where learners will coach others on real life personal and professional issues. Strict confidentially is maintained during this closed-group learning experience. Acknowledging specific coaching competencies that have been employed or understand helps to reinforce new learning and new behaviours that are consistent with coaching mastery. Small groups insure individual attention for greater learning and integration.

 

Number of Seats
The maximum number in any one group that can currently register for this Program is 24. Participants of this Program stay together as a group for the first 11 weeks. The first four days is in-person and the last 10 weeks are by phone. This assures safety, confidentiality and a very supportive learning environment.
